What we collect
Account details (name, email, agency name), the property photos you upload, the prompts and branding you enter, the videos we generate, and basic billing records held by our payment processor.
How we use it
To generate your videos, store your library, apply your agency branding, enforce your plan allowance, take payment, and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not use your property photos to advertise to third parties.
Processors we use
Cloud hosting and database/storage providers hold your files and account records; an AI video provider generates the clips from the photo and prompt you submit; a payment provider handles subscriptions and card details (we never see your card number).
Storage and security
Photos and videos are stored in private buckets, accessible only through short-lived links tied to your account. Access is restricted by row-level security so other customers cannot see your listings.
Your rights
You can delete any video from your library at any time, and you can request full deletion of your account and files by emailing hello@propertyvid.ai. Under UK/EU data protection law you can also request a copy of your data or object to processing.
