1. The service
PropertyVid.ai turns property photographs into short AI-generated marketing videos for social platforms. We provide the service on a subscription basis and may improve or change features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to market the properties you upload.
3. Content and rights
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the videos we generate for you. You confirm you hold the rights to every image you upload, and you may use the resulting videos commercially to market those properties. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or misrepresents a property.
4. Plans, usage and payment
Each plan includes a monthly video allowance. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month and unused videos do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create misleading property marketing, to generate content involving people without their consent, or to break any advertising or property marketing regulations that apply to you.
6. Availability and liability
AI generation is inherently variable and we cannot guarantee a specific creative outcome, uninterrupted availability, or particular marketing results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
